Bronze Contract:
Our remote and telephone support package is ideal for small businesses that need a fast response to their I.T. issues. Our idea is innovative; humans, rather than machines, manning the phone. So you get straight through to experienced professionals who can usually resolve your issues, there and then.
Silver Contract:
Our onsite support package includes our remote support package, as well as onsite support for any requirements you may have. From installing printers to configuring new PC's on your network, your contract allows you to receive immediate support when you need it. Your silver support includes a 24 hour response time.
Gold Contract:
This is a 4hr response time for your computers and allows our experienced engineers to take control of your computer and troubleshoot the problem remotely. A free health-check of your systems is carried out before the support contract begins. Support calls that cannot be fixed remotely will be attended to on-site by an engineer to troubleshoot the problem. Quarterly checks will be carried out to ensure that your systems are up to date and secure.
Diamond Contract:
This is a 4hr response time for your server and entire network. Using remote access management software, we can provide remote support for your servers. With this capability in place, our engineers can control of the machine as if they were physically sitting in front of the computer. This allows them to look at logs, change settings and other tasks to determine the cause of the problem.
Realtime monitoring and reporting - Our active monitoring service enables us to manage your systems remotely using a sophisticated suite of tools which report on a host of factors we specify. Should any of the areas being monitored start indicating problems, which could lead to a system failure, our systems alert us and we inform you and/or remedy them before this happens. We also provide you with updates about problems we detect and our recommendations on how best to resolve them.
